Hood River Library Bookmobile Fundraising Campaign

The Hood River Library had a grand vision for a bookmobile - with the mission of providing literacy and lifelong learning opportunities for community members of all ages by bringing library services, wifi access, and programs to underserved areas of Hood River County.

I worked closely with the Library Foundation Board to develop a fun, approachable look and feel for the fundraising campaign with touchpoints ranging from bookmarks and posters to supporter buttons for those who donated. Leveraging friendly typography, illustration, and color, the campaign quickly got traction in the local community.

The $175,000 fundraising goal was met and exceeded in record time. The community contributed the entire amount in less than two months, bringing to fruition the dream to provide equitable services throughout Hood River County.
